We have made significant strides in the German market since 2018, strengthening our presence through a strategic partnership with Schwaben Netz GmbH, a renowned company that manages over 6,700 km of natural gas network. Since 2023, we have diversified our activities, starting with the laying of electrical and fiber optic cables in Baden-Württemberg. In 2024, our company expanded its customer portfolio in the German market by signing a strategic partnership with the telecommunications company DSLmobil.

Avi Prod Canada
In 2023, we took a strategic step by opening the AVICAN GRUP subsidiary in Montreal, Quebec. We are currently exploring the possibility of acquiring a local company in the Québec region to complement our business with a portfolio of bridge construction, pavements and municipal works.
The presence in Canada opens up a new set of opportunities, strengthening AVI PROD GRUP’s position as a relevant developer in the international infrastructure market.
Exploring new markets
France
In July 2024, we established the company Infravie in France, an important step in expanding into the European market. We are currently in the process of acquiring a French company, thus strengthening our presence and ability to offer diversified services in public infrastructure and construction.
United States
We are exploring acquisition opportunities in the United States market, with a focus on companies in Florida and Texas. The process is ongoing, with the aim of expanding our operations in North America.
