For this reason, we offer several ways of communication including e-mail, fax, telephone, online message, video and voice, etc. To demonstrate our dedication to prompt and easy communication, we have adopted the following terms and conditions regarding e-mail communication, values ​​that are incorporated as a reference in all messages sent by the people in our company (company employees). Our communications with you via e-mail are conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms.

Email in General
Email is an effective way to communicate a message. However, due to its concise and informal nature, email may not accurately represent the complete and final nature of an issue or the official business documents of a company. Confidential Information
Emails sent by our team members (and all files attached to them) are and should be reviewed and/or presented only to the person or entity to whom they are addressed or intended. If you receive an email in error or it has been forwarded to you in error, the information contained in that message must always remain confidential, and receipt of such a message will not give you the right to use or disseminate the confidential information. Please notify the sender immediately by phone or email and delete or destroy the original message and any copies thereof. Any unauthorized use, disclosure, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. Emails marked as “Confidential” contain confidential and/or personal information (such as login details, passwords, documents, etc.) that are provided to you on the condition that you treat and keep them in strict confidentiality and in accordance with the laws in force, and that you ensure that they are not distributed or used by other persons, except for the limited and confidential purpose for which they were sent to you. This type of information is sent in password-protected files (attachments), which are communicated separately. By accepting and reviewing the confidential information made available by the company, you agree and exempt the company from any liabilities or expenses that the company may incur in the event of unauthorized use or dissemination of the confidential information, due to your actions or omissions.

Private Information
Messages sent between customers, website users, and the Company, via email or via the contact form, may contain private information subject to customer confidentiality rules and/or the confidentiality of the company’s business. The privileged nature of such information will not be ignored if you receive an email in error or if such a message has been forwarded to you in error. If you are not the intended recipient of such a message, please notify the sender immediately, by phone or email, and destroy the original message and all copies. Urgent Instructions and Official Matters; Filters
Do not use email to communicate urgent instructions or official company matters; they may not reach the recipient in a timely manner. All emails are sent via the Internet and processed through various antivirus and antispam filters which, based on certain settings, may delay or reject the delivery of a message. Urgent matters must be communicated to the interested party personally, by phone and confirmed in writing by email.

Unsecured Transmissions
You should be aware that regular e-mails are usually sent over the Internet, which is an open network. The use of email to intentionally transmit viruses, scripts or executable code that may compromise the security of the computer, or to obstruct in any way the transmission of emails, telecommunications, or the company’s computer networks is prohibited and violates the law; those who violate this provision will be reported to the competent authorities.

Prohibited Content
All team members are prohibited from using email to transmit any harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, offensive, or threatening statements/materials or statements/materials that infringe upon the copyrights or legal rights of others. Such communications are against company policy and are not part of our team members’ duties. The company assumes no liability for such communications, and the team member who is found to be in violation of these policies will be personally liable for any damages caused. Rights; Statements attributable to the company
The company reserves all rights related to the content of its own emails and this email policy. No part of the Company’s emails (or this policy) may be reproduced or distributed in any way other than at this Internet address without the written permission of the Company. The only statements that may be published are those explicitly declared to be public and are issued by an official of the Company (e.g. CEO, Marketing Director, etc.).

Negligent Misrepresentation
The Company assumes no liability, including that based on negligence or negligent misrepresentation, for the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of data or information contained in or provided by the email, and the Company makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to such data or information.

Governing Law
By receiving and opening the email, you agree that the terms and conditions set forth in this notice shall apply and are incorporated by reference into the company’s email, and any dispute relating to this email shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law, without giving effect to any conflict of law principle. You agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions may only be brought before the courts of Bucharest, the city where the company’s headquarters are located.
